Job summary

B&S Site Development is seeking a Skilled Construction Laborer to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site while supporting the overall project. The role emphasizes physical work, adherence to safety protocols, and teamwork on a fast-paced civil construction site.

Responsibilities include site prep, scaffolding assembly/disassembly, material handling, and reporting safety concerns. Applicants should have 1–2 years of construction experience, a GED or high school diploma, be 18+, and

• GED/high school diploma or related work experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
• Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Shovel materials to and from construction areas, including asphalt, concrete, and dirt.
• Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.
• Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment.
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Must be able to work individually, within a team, and in all weather.
• Must be punctual, reliable and be a hard worker.
• Direct trucks where to dump, sign in tickets, and keep track of time and load count.
• Ensure trucks are lowering their bed before leaving jobsite and drivers are wearing their PPE.
