Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of concrete finishing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and OSHA 10 certification (preferred; required within 6 months).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years of experience in concrete finishing or a related field.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 10 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Applies finishing techniques to concrete surfaces for slabs and structural elements.
• Performs screeding, floating, troweling, edging, jointing, and texturing to meet flatness, durability, and appearance.
• Follows established safety and quality guidelines during all phases of concrete finishing work.
• Inspects finished surfaces for defects and makes corrections to meet standards.
• Assists in preparing work areas, setting forms, and cleaning up after finishing operations.
• Works collaboratively with crew leads and foremen to sequence work and maintain schedule adherence.
• Maintains tools, materials, and equipment in clean, safe, and operational condition.
