Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking a Concrete Finisher to prepare, pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces on a range of projects, including sidewalks and foundations.

You will work with a team to meet project specifications, ensure safety, and maintain schedules on construction sites across the United States. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, concrete finishing experience, and the ability to operate hand tools and heavy equipment, with a focus on quality, precision, and durability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar construction role.
• Ability to operate hand tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and heavy equipment to pour, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces.
• Perform excavation, trenching, and demolition tasks as needed to prepare sites for concrete work.
• Coordinate with team members to manage underground utility installations and ensure safe work practices.
• Inspect finished surfaces for defects and apply necessary corrections to meet quality standards.
• Maintain and operate dump trucks and other machinery to transport materials to and from job sites.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to minimize risk on the job site.
