Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking a Concrete Finisher to perform pouring, leveling, and finishing of concrete surfaces on sidewalks, roads, and foundations. You will prepare sites, operate tools and equipment, and ensure work meets project specs and safety standards.

Collaboration with crew and supervisors is essential to maintain schedules and quality. A valid driver’s license and hands-on experience with concrete finishing are required, with OSHA safety awareness preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar construction role.
• Ability to operate hand tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and heavy equipment to pour, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces.
• Perform excavation, trenching, and demolition tasks as needed to prepare sites for concrete work.
• Coordinate with team members to manage underground utility installations and ensure safe work practices.
• Inspect finished surfaces for defects and apply necessary corrections to meet quality standards.
• Maintain and operate dump trucks and other machinery to transport materials to and from job sites.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to minimize risk on the job site.
