Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking skilled concrete workers to perform slab, wall, and structural finishes with attention to alignment and quality. The role requires collaborating with crew members and other trades to meet project standards.

We value safety, reliability, and the ability to execute precise finishing techniques on durable structures. OSHA 10- or equivalent experience is preferred, with completion within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of concrete construction or related field experience required.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 10 completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Place, level, and finish concrete for slabs, walls, and structural components per plans and specs.
• Prepare and inspect formwork and reinforcement for proper alignment and cleanliness.
• Mix, handle, and cure concrete to achieve required strength and appearance.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Follow DPR Construction safety and quality standards at all times.
• Coordinate with other trades and supervisors to sequence pours and address field issues.
• Identify and report formwork, material, or safety concerns promptly.
