Job summary

Required: High School Diploma/GED, 5 years in concrete construction, OSHA 30 preferred (completion within 6 months).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with related concrete experience.
• OSHA 30 construction certification preferred or completed within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete construction or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and supports a crew performing concrete placement, leveling, and finishing.
• Coordinates pour sequencing, curing schedules, and material availability.
• Enforces safety and quality standards with daily inspections and corrective actions.
• Oversees operation, maintenance and training related to concrete tools and equipment.
• Monitors productivity, analyzes crew hours, and adjusts plans to control costs.
• Completes time cards accurately for assigned crews.
