Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a skilled concrete worker for our on-site team in the United States. The role focuses on performing reinforced concrete pours, finishing, and coordination with other trades to meet project specifications.

You will inspect formwork, mix and cure concrete, operate power tools, and adhere to safety standards while delivering durable, high-quality structures. This is a hands-on, full-time position requiring collaboration and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience in concrete construction or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Places, levels, and finishes concrete for slabs, walls, and structural components according to plans and specifications.
• Prepares and inspects formwork and reinforcement for proper alignment and cleanliness before placement.
• Mixes, handles, and cures concrete to achieve required strength and appearance.
• Operates and maintains tools and equipment in safe working condition.
• Follows DPR Construction safety and quality standards at all times.
• Coordinates with other trades and supervisors to sequence pours and address field issues.
• Identifies and reports formwork, material, or safety concerns promptly.
