Position Title: CNC Machinist

Wage:

$25-$38/hour

Shift:

2nd

Hours:

3pm-11pm

Company Overview:

QPS Employment Group is hiring a CNC Machinist for a company in Cedarburg, WI. This is a direct hire role.

CNC Machinist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Set up, program, and run CNC machines
2. Inspect your own parts
3. Maintain accurate inspection documentation using precision measuring instruments
4. Perform multiple short run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool changes
5. Maintain a safe working environment

CNC Machinist Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers, CNC 5-Axis OR CNC Lathes
2. Ability to program using Mastercam and/or Mazatrol
3. Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings
4. Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers
5. Ability to process precision parts from start to finish
