Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Loader Operator to operate rubber-tired front-end loaders and move bulk materials within the plant and storage areas. The role may include basic maintenance and housekeeping of the feeder and surrounding plant areas.

Ideal candidates have at least 12 months of loader experience with 980M/982M machines, a solid safety record, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Location: Scout Island, CO; strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders.
• Prior work around heavy equipment, construction, or paving.
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge.
• Proven safety record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school or GED.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader and transport bulk materials to sites.
• Perform routine maintenance such as lubrication, fueling, and cleaning.
• Inspect batch plant areas for safe operation.
• Maintain effective communications with supervisors and customers.
• Perform pre-shift inspections of the batch plant.
• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly equipment checks and upkeep.
