Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in one or more of the building trades.
• Knowledge of building maintenance and repair practices.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs carpentry work in construction or renovation of buildings.
• Erects and maintains scaffolds, sheds, forms, frames, fences and other structures.
• Alters and repairs doors, floors, partitions, stairways, windows, screens and fixtures.
• Maintains and repairs roofs and plumbing fixtures.
• Installs and maintains locks and other security devices.
• Operates and maintains equipment for building maintenance.
