Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess or obtain Oklahoma Pesticide Applicator Certification within one year.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and debris cleanup.
• Assist skilled tradesmen in construction, renovation, and maintenance tasks.
• Support plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repair work as needed.
• Operate construction and maintenance equipment.
• Attend safety training and staff meetings as required.
• Maintain records and reports.
