Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in building trades or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to perform on-site travel as needed.
• Possession of or ability to obtain Oklahoma CDL may be required for some positions.
• Safety-conscious with knowledge of trade hazards.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry in construction or renovation of buildings or additions.
• Erect and maintain scaffolds, forms, frames, fences, and fixtures.
• Install, repair plumbing fixtures and drainage lines.
• Perform electrical repairs not requiring a license; maintain heating, refrigeration, and AC equipment.
• Operate and maintain various construction and grounds equipment.
