Job summary

Hawaii Volcanoes Lodge Company LLC is seeking a bartender/server to prepare and serve beverages for bar and restaurant in a fast-paced environment. You will follow company procedures, stay aware of promotions, and handle payments while delivering professional guest service.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and at least 1 year in a restaurant setting; ServSafe or equivalent certification is encouraged. Resort or national park concession experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant setting.
• Resort/National Park Concession experience preferred.
• ServSafe or equivalent certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare drink orders for bar and restaurant per Company procedures.
• Know menu promotions and specials; promote accordingly.
• Handle cash and credit transactions, tips, and sales reports.
• Obtain ServSafe or equivalent certification as required.
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages per regulations and procedures.
• Provide timely, courteous, professional service to all guests.
• Stock and restock bar items; inform F&B Manager when running low.
• Follow ISO, health, safety standards and company policies.
• Perform other duties as requested.
