Job summary

Foodland Super Market, Ltd in Hawaii is seeking Bartenders to join our team. This hourly position requires high energy, creativity and a passion for delivering welcoming guest experiences with high-quality food and beverages.

Candidates should have bar experience, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and excellent customer service. TB clearance and compliance with all company policies are required; evenings and weekends preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• previous bar experience preferred
• experience working in a high-volume food service establishment preferred
• Must have TB Clearance
• Must comply with all company policies and requirements

Responsibilities

• Bartenders interact with guests, anticipate their food & beverage needs, take orders, enter orders into the system, and ensure that safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Bartenders assist the bar manager by keeping the bar areas neat, clean, stocked, and organized.
• Bartenders must maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance and observe the company dress code.
• Bar staff must abide by all company policies, house rules and guiding principles; support the company culture, values, and mission.
