Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Bartender to craft beverages and food service with a focus on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You’ll follow safety and sanitation standards, verify IDs, and manage tab and payments accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• TIPS certification a plus.
• Previous bartending/mixologist experience required or equivalent training.
• Food Sanitation certificate a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized bar areas.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishes.
• Check IDs to verify age for alcohol.
• Prepare and serve drinks and/or food orders.
• Take orders and service food and beverages to guests.
• Process guest checks and payments.
• Identify and manage intoxicated guests following standards.
• Assist with beverage inventory and par levels.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and practices.
• Practice safe work habits per MSDS/OSHA.
