Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• 4-5 years minimum collision auto body repair experience required.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles per guidelines.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with parts; repair glass and interior parts.
• Weld, paint and finish to factory specifications.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and KPI targets.
• Follow WOW operating methods.
