Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Killeen, TX is seeking an Auto Body Technician with 4-5 years of collision repair experience to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring speed, quality, and adherence to KPIs while representing the Boyd Group as a Brand Ambassador.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a technical program or 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program completed or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Use tools (cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers, pliers) to repair sections of a vehicle.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass or interior parts as needed.
