The role sources top talent through job boards, social media, referrals and events, screens candidates, coordinates interviews with managers, and partners with HR to meet hiring needs while advancing our employer brand and community relations.

We’re hiring a Hybrid Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner to manage and support the day-to-day full cycle recruitment for our Houston, Texas operations which provides a full range of pre-hospital healthcare services primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation. This talent partner supports attracting and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding, maintaining engagement and communication throughout. The recruitment talent partner will play a key role in our HR commitment to excellence, shaping our culture, embodying key competencies in human resources and talent acquisition, and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
