Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Requires 3 years of previous skid steer or related equipment experience.
• Pass pre-employment screen and criminal background check.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Wear PPE in designated areas.
• 2–5 years of skid steer operator experience in construction or mining.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate skid steer loaders to lift, load, and move materials.
• Use attachments (buckets, forks, augers) for varied tasks.
• Prepare sites by clearing debris and grading ground.
• Maintain and inspect equipment; report issues.
• Load/unload materials from trucks and transport on site.
• Coordinate with workers and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
• Keep logs of equipment usage and maintenance.
