Magnum Paving Buyer LLC is seeking a skilled Skid Steer Operator to join our team in Georgia. The role focuses on site preparation, material handling, and equipment maintenance to keep projects on track.

Candidates should have 3+ years of skid steer experience, be able to pass background checks, and wear PPE as required. This is a full-time, on-site position with potential overtime and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of prior skid steer experience.
• Pass pre-employment screen and background check.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends, and overtime.
• Wear PPE in designated areas.
• 2-5 years experience as skid steer operator or similar construction/mining role.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate skid steer loaders to lift, load, and move materials.
• Use attachments (bucket, forks, augers) to complete tasks.
• Prepare sites by clearing debris and grading ground.
• Maintain equipment, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and functioning.
• Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles.
• Coordinate with workers and supervisors to ensure efficient task completion.
• Keep logs or reports of equipment usage and maintenance.
