Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Operational knowledge of related equipment.
• 3 years of previous skid steer experience.
• Pass pre-employment screen and criminal background check.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends and overtime.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Strong attention to detail and stress tolerance.
• 2–5 years experience as skid steer operator or related construction/mining role.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate skid steer loaders to lift, load and move materials.
• Use attachments (buckets, forks, augers) to complete tasks.
• Prepare sites by clearing debris and grading.
• Maintain equipment, keep it clean and fueled.
• Load/unload materials from trucks and transport around site.
• Follow safety protocols and communicate progress and issues.
