BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC is seeking a skilled Skid Steer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate skid steer loaders, perform site preparation, material handling, and general maintenance while adhering to safety protocols and coordinating with coworkers.

Candidates should have 3+ years of skid steer experience, be at least 18, and be able to pass background checks. This is a full-time position on-site with opportunities to learn and apply new equipment and techniques.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of skid steer experience or related equipment.
• Pass pre-employment screen and criminal background check.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Wear PPE in designated areas.
• Strong attention to detail and stress tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate skid steer loaders to lift, load, and move materials.
• Use attachments (buckets, forks, augers) to complete tasks.
• Prepare sites by clearing debris and grading ground.
• Maintain equipment—keep clean, fueled, and functional.
• Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles.
• Transport materials around the job site and coordinate with team.
• Follow safety protocols and communicate progress and issues.
• Maintain logs of equipment usage and maintenance.
