Pave America is seeking a skilled Skid Steer Operator in Manassas, VA to support site preparation, material handling, and maintenance. The ideal candidate has hands-on skid steer experience and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of skid steer operation experience.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Must pass pre-employment checks and background screening.
• Wears PPE in designated areas.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate skid steer loaders to lift, load, and move materials.
• Use attachments (buckets, augers, forks) for diverse tasks.
• Prepare sites by clearing debris and grading ground.
• Maintain equipment, ensure fueling and proper function.
• Load/unload materials from trucks and transport around site.
• Coordinate with workers and supervisors for efficient task completion.
• Report progress and any issues; maintain logs of equipment usage.
• Stay updated on new equipment and techniques; participate in trainings.
