Magnum Paving Buyer LLC is seeking a skilled Paving Equipment Operator to run asphalt pavers, rollers, skid steers and compactors on road and parking lot projects in Georgia. You will help achieve even asphalt distribution, ensure proper compaction, and maintain safety on site.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of paving equipment experience, can work outdoors in demanding conditions, and is able to travel overnight when needed. CDL is a plus but not required.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience operating paving or heavy equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
• CDL license is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a drug test and adhere to safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate various types of heavy equipment including Mini excavators, Pavers, Skid steers and Forklifts depending on the project needs.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, maintenance checks, and report issues promptly.
• Load, unload, and position equipment safely on job sites.
• Work with the paving crew to ensure even asphalt distribution, proper compaction, and smooth finish.
• Follow grade markers and layout specifications to achieve desired slope and thickness.
• Maintain control of speed, feed, and depth of material application.
• Assist with handwork or labor duties when equipment is not in use.
• Comply with all safety regulations, traffic control procedures, and company policies.
• Communicate clearly with crew members and foreman during paving operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned
