Dodge Ridge is seeking a Teams Program Manager to lead our all-mountain team program, training children in advanced skills in a non-competitive setting. The role involves developing seasonal training plans, scheduling staff, and coordinating with Mountain & Risk management to ensure safety and high-quality coaching.

This hands-on leadership position requires strong communication and budgeting abilities to meet department goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing coaches and staff.
• Ability to train, supervise, and support coaches.
• Strong communication with parents and staff.
• Willingness to work in variable weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and implement the team program plan.
• Train and supervise coaches to align with training plans and policies.
• Act as department head and manage department objectives.
• Ensure timely, clear staff communication.
• Attend weekly manager meetings and monthly safety meetings.
• Foster team spirit among staff and athletes.
• Manage department budget and financial goals.
• Coordinate staff schedules biweekly.
• Provide weather and slope condition updates to athletes.
• Escalate issues to superiors and handle emergencies.
