Qualifications

• Level 1 PSIA Certification required.
• USSA Coaching Certification (Level 100) required.
• Competitive ski racing experience desired.
• Advanced to expert skiing on all terrain and conditions.
• Ability to safely ski down expert terrain.

Responsibilities

• Follow direction from Program Director.
• Lead by example to promote teamwork, trust, and respect.
• Enforce safety rules and provide strong leadership to DASH athletes.
• Communicate progress to parents and document end-of-session reports.
• Provide positive reinforcement and model good sportsmanship.
