Job summary

The Little Nell in Aspen is seeking a Cocktail Server to deliver exceptional service with in-depth knowledge of bar menus, wine, and spirits. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, provide accurate descriptions of menu items, and ensure accurate cash handling and secure payments.

This position reports to the Restaurant Manager. This seasonal, full-time role requires excellent guest service, familiarity with Forbes 5-Star standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of serving or bartending experience required.
• 1 year of advanced beverage knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner while serving within established procedures and standards.
• Proficient in all bar menus and able to describe menu items to guests as needed.
• Be responsible for cash handling and secure payment from guests.
• Ensure working knowledge of the Point of Sale System.
• Open and close the bar properly.”
• Maintain clean, organized bar area and reset bar during service.
• Adhere to Colorado liquor laws and regulations.
• Communicate guest feedback to management.
• Support other departments as needed.
