The Little Nell in Aspen, a legendary Five-Star, Five-Diamond hotel, seeks a friendly Bartender to mix and serve beverages with 5-star guest service. You will oversee liquor security, support bar setup/breakdown, and report to the Restaurant Manager. This seasonal, full-time role offers elite hospitality experience in a ski town.

Responsibilities include recommending drinks, knowledge of menu origins, and ensuring guest satisfaction. TIPS certification and elevation-aware duties are expected.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• TIPS trained or certified is required.

Mansioni

• Offer guests recommendations of drinks to complement food items.
• Know menu item origins, preparations, and ingredients to make recommendations.
• Mix drinks and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Complete beverage and general supply requisitions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and communicate comments to management.
• Monitor intoxicated guests and inform management for escalation.
• Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed.
