Job summary

The Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado seeks a Bartender to mix and serve beverages with timely, five-star guest service. This role oversees liquor security, checks and cash, and assists with bar setup and breakdown.

You will be the face of the operation, reporting to the Bar Manager in a seasonal full-time capacity. Qualifications include a High School Diploma, being over 18, TIPS training, and 6–12 months of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• TIPS trained.
• Six months to one year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mix drinks and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Recommend beverages to complement food items.
• Monitor for guest intoxication and report to management.
• Assist with beverage and general supply requisitions.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and organization.
• Support other departments as needed during busy periods.
