The Little Nell, Aspen's premier Five-Star, Five-Diamond hotel, part of Aspen Skiing Company, seeks a Cocktail Server who delivers exceptional service, deep product knowledge of food, wine, and liquor, and a professional experience in a run of bars and dining venues.

Under the Restaurant Manager, you will greet guests, describe menu items, manage POS transactions, ensure payment, and uphold Forbes 5-Star standards. This seasonal full-time role offers benefits and skier access in a mountain town.

Qualifications

• 1 year of serving or bartending experience required.
• 1 year of advanced beverage knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Familiarity with Forbes 5-Star standards and procedures.
• Knowledge of Colorado liquor laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly while serving within established procedures and standards.
• Describe all menu items and be proficient with bar menus.
• Manage bank and deposits securely.
• Operate the Point of Sale System effectively.
• Ensure payment is collected from guests.
• Clear, clean, and reset the bar during service.
• Open and close the bar properly.
• Relay guest comments and complaints to management.
• Support other departments as needed during busy periods.
