Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Skier Services Support Agent for Park City, Utah, supporting ski school enrollment verification and group organization. You will create groups using handheld devices, verify lesson and lift tickets, and coordinate hot chocolate and lunch logistics with a focus on exceptional guest service.

Position is part-time and seasonal, running mid-November to mid-April, with outdoor duties across Snow Park Lodge and Plaza.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Available 7 days a week – work 5 days, 4–8 hours per day, based on business needs
• Computer proficient (Word, Excel, and web applications)
• Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail and follow through
• Organized and positive attitude during high-stress times
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Navigate the Flaik application on handheld and desktop devices
• Perform duties across indoor and outdoor locations
• Verify class lists and adjust data between DVSS and Flaik
• Ensure class information and data imports are accurate
• Assist instructors with questions and login/password issues
• Ensure scanning equipment works properly and ready for use
• Provide resort information and guest assistance
• Maintain Snow Park Lodge and Plaza areas in a clean, organized condition
