Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, seeks a Skier Services Support Agent for seasonal, part-time work outdoors. You will verify student enrollment, create groups via handheld devices, and coordinate scheduling for ski school operations.

Responsibilities include using the Flaik app, assisting instructors, and keeping Snow Park Lodge/Plaza tidy. Must be 18+, available 7 days, 5 days per week, 4–8 hours daily, with a $20/hour pay rate and seasonal benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Availability 7 days a week; 5 days, 4–8 hours per day.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and basic web apps.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the Flaik application on handheld and desktop devices.
• Assist in organizing student groups by program type and ability level.
• Verify class lists and adjust data between DVSS and Flaik applications.
• Ensure class information is accurate and data imports correctly.
• Assist instructors with questions and login/password issues.
• Maintain Snow Park Lodge and Plaza areas in a clean, organized condition.
