Alterra Mountain Company seeks a SnowSports HQ Coordinator for Steamboat Springs. You will manage private lessons, line-ups, scheduling, and guest communications, ensuring smooth operation and high service levels. You’ll assist with payroll audits and onboarding while supporting sales initiatives.

The role emphasizes coordination, problem solving, and teamwork within a busy SnowSports School environment, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in SnowSports HQ office operations.
• Ability to resolve guest complaints and provide concierge service.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking in a busy environment.
• High school diploma or GED; college preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assign private lessons and multi-day series with appropriate pros.
• Attend and manage outdoor private lesson line-ups.
• Resolve scheduling and guest issues promptly.
• Fulfill all private lessons daily.
• Support sales initiatives for lessons and VIP guests.
• Assist with payroll audits and onboarding of new HQ staff.
