Job summary

Mt. Bachelor LLC. in Bend, Oregon is seeking a proactive Ski & Ride School Product Sales Supervisor to lead the lesson sales team and optimize reservations and product fulfillment.

You will ensure accurate transactions, respond to guest inquiries, and align staffing with demand to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of supervisory experience, familiarity with RTP POS, Workday, and Flaik, and strong leadership and guest services skills to drive sales

Qualifications

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Experience with workforce scheduling and staff management preferred.
Ski and snowboard industry experience beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily Ski and Ride School lesson sales and reservations transactions.
Train and coach Sales Leads and Sales Agents on procedures and service standards.
Monitor sales activity and address capacity constraints and staffing needs.
Ensure accurate processing of reservations, transfers, cancellations, and inquiries.
Coordinate with resort departments to maintain seamless guest experiences.
