Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years as a full-time ski/snowboard instructor.
• Experience in supervisor or management roles preferred.
• PSIA/AASI Level 2 certification preferred.
• Must promote a safe, fun environment in all classes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of Ski & Ride School instructors.
• Promote fun, safe environment for employees and guests.
• Provide feedback and connect staff with training and growth opportunities.
• Monitor guest experience and align with company values and resort goals.
• Coordinate hiring, training, supervision, discipline and scheduling of staff.
• Ensure safety and health regulations are followed in all classes.
• Lead clinics and teach the public when necessary.
• Work with Ski School leadership to meet quality, financial, and safety targets.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow uniform policy.
• Collaborate across departments for smooth program coordination.
