You will interact with guests, book SRS products in RTP, and manage private lesson assignments using Flaik, while coordinating with supervisors and staff across the mountain. The role emphasizes strong guest service, clear communication, and the ability to work under busy, stressful conditions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Background check will be conducted under FCRA.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in person and over the phone to assist in sales and booking.
• Book all SRS products in RTP and assign private lessons in Flaik.
• Assist the Sales and Private Supervisor or Lead in assigning and adjusting private lesson assignments.
• Provide overall customer service for SRS guests.
