Mt. Bachelor LLC is seeking a Ski & Ride School Sales Agent for the Bend, Oregon area. The position requires interacting with guests, handling sales and bookings, and coordinating private lessons with RTP and Flaik software.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Criminal background check will be conducted after acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in person and over the phone to assist in sales and booking processes.
• Have knowledge to book all SRS products in RTP and assign private lessons in Flaik.
• Assist the Sales and Private Supervisor or Lead in assigning and adjusting private lesson assignments.
• Provide overall customer service for SRS guests.
• Assist the Guest Service team in Gateway and support on-snow needs when required.
