Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in person and by phone to assist sales and bookings.
• Book SRS products in RTP and assign private lessons in Flaik.
• Assist Supervisors with private lesson assignments and customer service.
• Support Guest Service in Gateway and on-snow needs as required.
• Maintain a helpful, team-oriented service mindset; assist with snow duties when appropriate.
