Job summary

POWDR in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Sales Agent to support the Snowsport Desk at Mt. Bachelor. You will handle guest interactions in person and by phone to drive sales and bookings for SRS products, and coordinate private lesson assignments in Flaik with the Sales/Private Supervisor.

The role requires strong guest service and communication skills in a high-volume environment, with a welcoming, team-focused approach to ensure guests have memorable experiences on the mountain.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in person and over the phone to assist in the sales and booking process.
• Book all SRS products in RTP and assign private lessons in Flaik.
• Assist Sales/Private Supervisor or Lead in assigning and adjusting private lesson assignments.
• Provide overall customer service for SRS guests.
