Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort seeks a Ski & Ride School Manager to oversee winter operations and year-round programs. You will coordinate supervisors, optimize on-hill and indoor operations, and partner with IT, mountain ops, and sales to enhance guest experience.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recreation or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supervisors to oversee on-hill and indoor staff.
• Lead scheduling, staffing, inventory, timekeeping, and resource allocation for efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and manage supervisors, instructors, and support staff.
• Uphold guest-centric service and address issues to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Draft budgets and manage expenditures with the Snowsports Director.
