Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a Team Solitude Supervisor to oversee Team Solitude's non-competitive seasonal programs and Summer Camp operations. This role includes leadership of winter and summer programs, coordination with Bike School and Adventure Park, and ensuring safety, program quality, and guest satisfaction.

The position requires high school diploma, 1–3 years in related programs, and coaching credentials (PSIA/USSA/IFSA Level 100; Level 2/200 preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years in ski/snowboard school, camps, or youth recreation preferred.
• PSIA Level 1/USSA/IFSA Level 100 coaching credentials required (Level 2/200 preferred).
• Strong leadership, reliability, and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise coaches and Summer Camp staff, ensuring safety and compliance with standards.
• Lead staff meetings, trainings, and scheduling to cover winter and summer programs.
• Manage timesheets, payroll, and labor efficiency for programs.
• Ensure safety, equipment maintenance, and program quality across all activities.
