Job summary

Arapahoe Basin, part of Alterra Mountain Company, is seeking a Programs Supervisor for Ski and Ride School. This role oversees the range of SRS programs, including Kids Club and other groups, ensuring a high-quality guest experience.

Work with SRS management to staff programs, supervise 30+ staff, and coach instructors. Compensation includes an hourly pay range and a comprehensive benefits package; start date November 1, 2026.

Qualifications

• Three years Ski and Ride School instruction.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise operations for SRS Specialty programs.
• Schedule and supervise 30+ staff across programs.
• Daily supervision of 25+ pros and support staff.
• Provide training and guidance to instructors.
• Work with SRS management to staff programs.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain safety and risk procedures for program activities.
