Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Shuttle Driver at Solitude Mountain Resort to transport guests between Village and Moonbeam base areas and other resort locations. You will provide safe, friendly service and assist guests onto the shuttle as needed, while upholding all policies and safety standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends in a mountain environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to safely operate company vehicles and assist guests.
• Good communication skills to answer guest questions.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including holidays/weekends.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive guests from Village base area to Moonbeam base area or other areas.
• Assist guests onto the shuttle and provide courteous service.
• Communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Perform snow removal and debris cleanup as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
