You will manage daily posts across platforms, create photo/video content, engage with guests, and support campaigns—bringing a passion for skiing, outdoor recreation, and strong storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Experience in the ski industry, tourism, hospitality, or outdoor recreation preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform best practices.
• Photography and videography skills required.
• Ability to ski or snowboard confidently in varying conditions preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and powder days.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media across Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube.
• Create photo/video content and short-form videos for reels and promos.
• Engage with guests, respond to comments and inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with Snow reporting, Events, Guest Services, and Operations.
• Track engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness; report metrics.
