Job summary

Mount Sunapee Resort is seeking a Content Specialist to help create and manage multimedia content for our channels. You will capture timely photo/video content and assist in producing creative assets that promote the resort’s brand across social media, website, and PR channels.

The role requires storytelling, copywriting, and the ability to collaborate with contracted photographers/models. The position supports content planning, shoots, and daily social community management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, in Communications, Journalism or Marketing.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Eye for visual design; ability to capture photo/video assets independently.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Microsoft Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with multimedia content creation and asset development for social media, digital, video, website, CRM, and campaigns.
• Use storytelling to bring the resort brand to life across channels.
• Assist with social/digital content ideation, posting, community management, and reporting.
• Independently plan, shoot, edit, and publish multimedia content under tight deadlines.
• Maintain a content production calendar and cadence for messaging needs.
