Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring a part-time Content Specialist at Afton Alps to capture timely photo and video content, manage resort storytelling, and oversee social media across marketing channels. You will help plan, post, and analyze social content, and assist PR distribution while supporting the regional communications team with social efforts for other resorts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications, Journalism or Marketing.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Eye for visual design and ability to capture photo/video assets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with social and digital media content ideation, creation, posting and reporting.
• Independently capture, shoot, edit and publish multimedia content under tight deadlines.
• Maintain a content production calendar with cadenced messaging needs.
• Assist with content creation for social, digital, video, website, blogs and CRM.
• Collaborate with the resort communications team to ensure brand-aligned messaging.
