Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing & Data Systems Manager, you will execute daily marketing tasks across social media, email, website, app, and signage, ensuring on-brand guest communications.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator and content creator, comfortable with digital media, AI tools, and skiing or snowboarding culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Marketing & Data Systems Manager, execute daily marketing plan and ensure brand standards.
• Create, schedule, and manage content across social platforms and email campaigns.
• Capture and edit photos/videos of conditions, terrain, events, and guests for marketing use.
• Build and keep website/app content current based on the plan and approvals.
• Produce and update digital signage and in-resort print materials.
• Promote and cover on-mountain events and promotions with live content.
• Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels.
• Provide marketing-adjacent support to resort operations as needed.
• Occasionally support marketing efforts at Blacktail Mountain when required.
