Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Hazie’s at Thunderhead Lodge. Located at the gondola top, Hazie’s offers fine dining and spectacular Yampa Valley views.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of supervision in casual dining, and strong Microsoft Office skills, wine and beverage knowledge, and excellent service standards. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook; possess a Colorado Alcohol Server Training certificate or be willing to attend; and have

Competenze

• Two years of supervision/operations experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Mansioni

• Oversee all phases of outlet operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Supervise FOH staffing and scheduling; manage payroll procedures.
• Create weekly labor and revenue forecasts and analyze variances.
• Maintain beverage levels and manage ordering; inventory of alcohol.
• Train FOH and beverage staff on service standards and procedures.
• Hire, train, and motivate front-of-house team; monitor performance.
• Ensure quality guest experience and respond to feedback.
• Reconcile daily sales and cash deposits; prepare reports.
