Job summary

Dodge Ridge Ski Resort in Pinecrest, CA is seeking a Parking Supervisor to lead our parking team and enhance guests' arrival experience. You will oversee Parking Attendants, ensure safe and efficient parking, and maintain a professional image in all weather conditions.

This hands-on role requires strong customer service, punctuality, and physical stamina to work outdoors. You may be scheduled up to 40 hours per week, including weekends during peak season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and meet MV requirements as outlined in the Fleet Safety Program.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and walk on uneven ground.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write English legibly.
• Be punctual, honest, trustworthy and possess good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Parking Attendants and train staff on safety and procedures.
• Direct guests to parking and manage flow to ensure efficient arrival experience.
• Uphold high professional standards and model appropriate behavior.
