Job summary

Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort in Pinecrest, CA is seeking Base Area Attendants to welcome guests and maintain our base facilities. You will help direct guests, manage parking, and perform cleaning tasks in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities include restroom maintenance, trash removal, snow shoveling, and coordinating with Parking Lead. Prioritize safety, service quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced mountain environment.

Qualifications

• Complete the Base Area Attendants Training Program and understand the customer service policy of Dodge Ridge.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Be in good physical condition, as this position requires standing outside for long periods of time in inclement weather.
• Ability to accurately follow directions.
• Be able to shovel heavy loads of snow.
• Be aware of ski area services, terrain and facilities.
• Be well groomed and present a good public image.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet MVR qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate an on-going commitment to delivering excellent customer service to guests.
• Direct guests to parking locations safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of restrooms and public areas.
• Empty trash and recyclables and manage waste as required.
• Assist in snow removal from stairs, walkways, and entry points.
• Assist with parking lot lead duties and coordination of staff in the lot.
• Lock up and secure facilities at the end of the shift and coordinate with cleaners.
